We have renamed the meet to the Battle of BC. We are inviting any high/middle school students in BC to register to participate, representing their school. This meet is an “ice-breaker” for many athletes because they have not been able to compete much over the past few years.

The 2022 Van Ryswyk Indoor and BC Masters Indoor meet is scheduled for Friday, February 25 to Sunday, February 27 this year. We are getting ready to put on this meet, and are looking forward to lots of athletes registering for this meet.

Results from the meet have now been posted in the Results section below.

Plans are well underway to host the 2022 version of the Gary Reed Indoor Meet on February 4th and 5th, 2022. This meet honours our Middle Distance Olympian, Gary Reed, who is now working with the club, coaching our JD athletes.

The Final Schedule is now posted (Wednesday, Dec. 8). There is also a session schedule showing anticipated start times for each event. Please note that relays can be mixed gender and mixed club.

Our first indoor meet of the season will be a small Weight Throw mini-meet on November 29th and 30th, 2021. This meet will take place inside the Tournament Capital Centre using our brand new throws cage for indoor use. In order to ensure the safety of everyone, we will likely be starting in the evening (9:00 or 9:30 perhaps) and it shouldn’t take too long on both days.
