The 2023 North and West Okanagan Zones Championship takes place at Hillside Stadium in Kamloops on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. This is an event open to all schools in these zones but athletes entered into the meet must be members of BC School Sports. Schools must have registered their track and field athletes with BCSS by April 18 this year in order to be eligible for advancement to the Okanagan Zone Championship on May 18.

School coaches or Athletic Directors enter athletes from their schools, to represent their schools at this meet. The competition is open to athletes in Grades 8 through 12 this year. There is a limit to the number of events each athlete in each school may enter in each grade level.

Athletes, coaches, and Athletic Directors are encouraged to read the following files to determine how to enter the meet, determine which athletes can compete, and how athletes will be selected from each zone to advance to the Okanagan Zone  Championship.
